The girl was put together in DAZ Studio and the rest of the image put together in Carrara 5 Pro and rendered in Carrara as well.
I am working towards achieving realistic skin with non-realistic cloth for what I hope will give a nice effect.

Swirls - Delight

This is a fractal piece made with Apophysis 2.05. Photoshop was used to enhance some of the coloring. I really enjoyed this piece as it reminds me of some kind of swirled ice cream. Something you'd enjoy on a hot day. I was trying to create a "calm" sense with the colors I used without making the image to "bland".

Critique: I would like to see what the CG Community thinks of fractals as art. Critique on coloring is also welcome!
Render Time: 1.5 Hours @ 3600x2400

Liquid Metal

This fractal image was created in Apophysis 2.05 and edited in Photoshop. I set out to create this image wanting to capture a "flowing" type fractal similar to hot liquid metal. I was originally going to use black and orange for the coloring but accidentally stumbled upon the set of colors you see in the final image in which I think has a calmer feel.

Critique: I would really love to hear what you think of the coloring and the overall image itself as (to me) this is the one image I am most proud of!
