This image was created for learning subsurface scattering for the skin. The girl was put together in DAZ Studio and the rest of the image put together in Carrara 5 Pro and rendered in Carrara as well.

I am working towards achieving realistic skin with non-realistic cloth for what I hope will give a nice effect.
